If you are currently subscribed but are not receiving the daily emails:
To protect you from spam and fraudulent messages, some email providers block newsletters like ours or sort them into separate folders for convenience. If you’re not receiving a Hungry Girl email each weekday, try the following steps:1. Add hungrygirl@hungry-girl.com to your address book and/or safe senders list. This is called whitelisting. For specific instructions, simply search the internet for “whitelist email [your email provider]”. Examples of email providers: Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.
2. Check your Spam/Other/Bulk mail folder. If you don’t see any emails from Hungry Girl, follow the steps given by your email provider to make sure that hungrygirl@hungry-girl.com is no longer marked as spam. Sometimes this is as simple as marking the email as “Not Spam” or moving it from the spam folder to your inbox.
3. Check other locations where emails might get auto sorted. For example, if you have a Gmail account, check the “Promotions” and “Social” tabs. Try searching all inboxes and folders for “hungry-girl.com”.
4. If you are receiving our emails on some—but not all—days, look at your spam folder on the days you don’t receive them. Move the emails to your inbox and follow any steps to mark as not spam.
If you're receiving the daily emails but are unable to view them:
A different web browser (such as Google Chrome) or app (such as Apple Mail) might be the solution. Also, if you can see the "Trouble viewing? Click here." link at the top of each email, click on that and you'll be taken to that day's email. You can also find the latest email by visiting hungry-girl.com and clicking on the TODAY’S HUNGRY GIRL DAILY EMAIL section.
