This Week's 3 Things You Need to Know
Hot search trend: Comfort food + veggies.
Comfort food never goes out of style, but an interesting pattern has emerged: Recent Pinterest analysis shows that people are pinning more and more comfort food made with veggies. Good, because you've got to try our
spiralized zucchini recipes and
cauliflower rice dishes. Comfort food to the max!

The Freshii website currently lists locations in just Illinois and Minnesota, but we've personally spotted one here in sunny California. Keep an eye out...
Citrus fruits could help prevent obesity-related disease.
Need a reason to increase your fruit consumption? Check this out.
