HG FYI: Not all meatless crumbles are gluten-free, so read labels if that’s a concern.

Breakout Ingredient: Vegetarian Parm Swap!

Sari Foods 100% Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast Flakes

Did you know that most Parmesan cheese is NOT vegetarian? That’s due to the animal rennet it contains. Well, whether or not you avoid animal products, nutritional yeast deserves a spot in your Amazon cart. It’s low in calories, high in protein, packed with fiber, and full of beneficial B vitamins. It brings a rich, savory, cheesy, and slightly nutty flavor to soups (like this HG recipe), sauces, dips, and more. Pro tip: Try it sprinkled over popcorn!
