Gluten-free flapjacks made easy! We used this mix to make "Pam-cakes" as directed on the back of the bag, but we substituted fat-free plain Greek yogurt for oil and egg substitute for whole eggs... and they turned out amazing. The texture is great and the flavor is rich and yummy.
