We've been fans of Enlightened's low-calorie, high-protein ice cream bars for a while now -- it's about time the brand debuted pints! The flavors are next level: Sea Salt Caramel, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Caramel Oatmeal Cookie Crunch, and more... WOW. Exactly the kind of dessert worth filling your freezer with. Find the line in select supermarkets, like Sprouts, HyVee, and ShopRite. If your store doesn't have it, request it!

We loooove hummus -- especially the ridiculously amazing "Other Bean" varieties by Eat Well Embrace Life -- but it can be really easy to go overboard when eating from a multi-serving tub. Well, hooray for these convenient single-serve cups! They come in Tuscan White Bean, Edamame, and Zesty Sriracha Carrot... Yum! Find them in supermarkets nationwide, and pick up some baby carrots for dipping while you're at it.

Now you have three delicious ways to get into the Olympic spirit... Get 'em before they're gone!

This Week's 3 Things You Need to Know...

Bright lights could lead to better food choices.

Turn away from the dark side -- a recent study found that dining in dimly lit environments led to impulsive and unhealthy food choices. Sounds like the mood lighting in that decadent restaurant is there for more than ambience! While you can't exactly ask the maître d' to crank up the lights, you can make sure the bulbs in your kitchen and dining room are shining brightly. However, pay attention to how much you're eating; dim-lighting diners did eat slower and consume less.

More organic products and fresh foods are coming to Target.

The superstore has come a long way: It wasn't long ago that the only foods the chain featured were packaged dry goods. Then the fresh stuff started rolling in... and now it's being reported that Target will soon completely transform its grocery selection, scaling back on the center-aisle foods and bringing in more organic items and fresh produce. We love that!

The new trend in protein bars: MEAT.

If you love the idea of a go-anywhere savory protein snack, you'll be happy to know that meat-based snack bars are flooding the market! Soft and chewy, the bars are made with chicken, beef, turkey, and more. There are a bunch of meaty bar brands out there: Country Archer (the BEST), Wilde Snacks, Epic Bars, Omnibar, Bricks Bars... even jerky brand Krave has bars on the way!

Happy June 13th, National Kitchen Klutzes of America Day. Be careful out there... Here's a super-easy breakfast bowl to keep you out of trouble!
