CHEW IT! Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe
1 burger without mayo: 300 calories, 13g fat, 800mg sodium, 27g carbs, 2g fiber, 7g sugars, 17g protein -- PointsPlus® value 8*
Junior is the name of the game at Wendy's. This one comes complete with American cheese, pickles, onions, tomato, and lettuce. Skip the cheese, and you're down to 260 calories and 10g fat (PointsPlus® value 7*). Add a smart side (more on those below), and you have yourself a completely reasonable meal.
DON'T DO IT! Dave's Hot 'N Juicy 3/4 lb. Triple

Aaaand this is the worst you could do. Worse than the Baconator. We're not even totally certain how a person could maneuver this three-patty sandwich into their mouth. Our jaws hurt just looking at this thing.

We LOVE that Wendy's allows us to customize the Garden Sensations salads. Here's how to order 'em...
Apple Pecan Chicken Salad: Hold the Blue Cheese
Full-sized salad, no blue cheese, before dressing: 330 calories, 11g fat, 570mg sodium, 32g carbs, 6g fiber, 21g sugars, 30g protein -- PointsPlus® value 9*
Who needs cheese when you've got red and green apples, dried cranberries, roasted pecans, and grilled chicken? YUM!
Chicken BLT Cobb Salad: Pick Your Skip

Forgo the blue cheese, and your salad will have 260 calories and 9g fat (PointsPlus® value 7*). Nix the bacon, and you're down to 330 calories and 15g fat (PointsPlus® value 8*). Either way, this salad rules!
Baja Chili Salad: Half Size, No Tortilla Strips

If you want to indulge in this decadent salad -- complete with chili and guacamole! -- go with the smaller portion and skip the crispy topper.
Dressing 411! The best options are the Fat Free French (40 calories, 0g fat, PointsPlus® value 1*), Light Classic Ranch (50 calories, 4.5g fat, PointsPlus® value 1*), and Pomegranate Vinaigrette (60 calories, 3g fat, PointsPlus® value 2*). The small works as a side item, while the large cup is better as a main dish to be paired with some apple slices (only 40 calories) or a side salad.

Ignoring fries doesn't always work. This is the smallest order and our recommendation if you HAVE to have 'em.
Let's Talk Frosty…
Is it a milkshake? Is it soft serve? Doesn't matter. What DOES matter is that a petite one isn't completely off-limits. Get a Jr. Frosty for 190 - 200 calories and 4.5 - 5g fat (PointsPlus® 5*). You could do a lot worse! We're hopelessly devoted to the Original Chocolate, but we won't judge if you prefer the Vanilla.
