Healthy Air-Fryer Egg Frittata Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups (about 16 large) egg whites or fat-free liquid egg substitute
2 tbsp. whipped cream cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
2 cups baby spinach
1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (bagged or rinsed)
1/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Directions:
Spray an 8-inch air-fryer-safe pan with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine egg whites/substitute, cream cheese, and seasonings. Whisk until uniform.
Add spinach and tomatoes. Gently mix.
Transfer mixture to the pan. Top with mozzarella cheese. Place pan in the air fryer.
Set air fryer to 350ºF. Cook until firm, cooked through, and light golden brown, 20–22 minutes.
Serve topped with basil.
MAKES 2 SERVINGS
