Low-Calorie Cocktail Recipes: Coconut Lime Martinis, Cranberry Orange Sangria
Snowflake Coconut Lime Martinis
1/2 of recipe (about 6 oz.): 127 calories, <0.5g total fat (<0.5g sat. fat), 27mg sodium, 9g carbs, 0g fiber, 7.5g sugars, 0g protein
Crisp, coconutty, and completely adorable... What more could you want in a cocktail?
Prep:
5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
3 oz. coconut rum
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. coconut extract
1/2 tsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions:
Place all ingredients except shredded coconut in a shaker with ice. Cover and shake, and then strain into 2 martini glasses.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
MAKES 2 SERVINGS
Merry Cranberry Orange Sangria
1/10th of recipe (about 6 oz.): 90 calories, 0g total fat (0g sat. fat), 17mg sodium, 8g carbs, 1g fiber, 5g sugars, 0.5g protein

Prep:
5 minutes
Chill: 4 hours
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (about 2 medium) thinly sliced oranges
2 cinnamon sticks
One 750-ml. bottle red wine
2 cups diet cranberry juice drink
1 cup orange juice
2 cups club soda, chilled
Optional garnish: orange wedges, cranberries
Directions:
Place oranges and cinnamon sticks in a very large pitcher or serving bowl (at least 2-quart capacity). Add all remaining ingredients except club soda, and gently stir.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. (The longer it sits, the more flavorful it gets.)
Just before serving, add club soda, and gently stir.
MAKES 10 SERVINGS
