Amazon Ingredients for Low-Calorie Blended Coffee Drinks
I've really been enjoying your Facebook Live recipe videos, especially the frozen coffee drinks! I noticed you've been playing with some cool new ingredients… What should I stock up on so that I can make these freezy beverages?
Coffee Talk
I’ve been having a blast coming up with all these new drinks -- my blender is getting a workout! In addition to the usual supermarket staples, I've been mixing in some special ingredients that I get on Amazon. These are some of my must-haves, plus my latest blended coffee recipes. (P.S. Visit my Amazon store for ALL my favorite online finds!)
PB2 The Original Powdered Peanut Butter
YES, in coffee drinks! This has been a staple ingredient in my world for a long time, but I only recently tried adding it to frozen java drinks. It brings a lot of peanut butter flavor for only about 30 calories per tablespoon.Watkins Caramel Flavor
Extracts & flavorings like this are a fantastic way to add 0-calorie flavor to frozen drinks and more, and this company makes the very best! The Caramel has become my new go-to flavor… Yum!Tera's Whey Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder
Not all protein powders are created equal, and this line is my absolute hands-down favorite. I've also been using the Dark Chocolate Cocoa variety -- SO GOOD! Each 2-scoop serving has just 110 calories, but I often use 1 scoop or less.Thirsty for Recipes?

It's August 19th, National Soft Ice Cream Day. You know what? Several of these drinks taste kinda like ice cream shakes, so we're gonna say that counts. Get blending...
