Who doesn’t love a good pizza fix? Toast 1 slice whole-grain bread with 60 - 80 calories, and top with 2 tbsp. pizza sauce. Pull 1 stick light string cheese into strings, and place over the sauce. Cook in a toaster oven or air fryer at 360 degrees until the cheese is melty, about 5 minutes. (HG tip: If you don’t have pizza or marinara sauce on hand, just season up some canned crushed tomatoes with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder!)

Cook up 1 meatless patty (100 calories or less) in a skillet over medium heat until hot and crispy on the outside, about 4 minutes per side. Spread with 2 tbsp. hummus, and top with 1 tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers. Unconventional? Sure, but it tastes great and hits the spot!

Shake up the bag to distribute the PB powder. Then add 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries and give it another good shake. (If you prefer a sweeter flavor, choose kettle-corn popcorn!)
Avocado Toast Crackers

People need to embrace mushrooms as a snack base — they’re hearty and yummy and perfect little vehicles for tasty toppings! Place 6 medium baby bella mushroom caps (stems removed) on a baking sheet, rounded side down. Bake at 375 degrees until tender, 8 - 10 minutes. Chop 1 oz. (about 1 slice) reduced-sodium ham and mix with 2 wedges The Laughing Cow Creamy Light cheese. Blot away excess moisture from the cooked mushrooms, and top with your ham & cheese filling.
Happy snacking!
