We’re so obsessed with these flatbread-style corn crackers! They’re like large tortilla chips crossed with matza (a crispy flatbread in Jewish cuisine), and unlike some chips, they’re totally non-greasy. It honestly tastes more like cream cheese and sour cream (the first and third ingredients) than goat cheese, and the roasted red pepper flavor makes it all extra delicious.
