The Mediterranean-Style one offers chickpeas, quinoa, veggies, cheese, and a tangy sauce. Both are minimally processed and made with non-GMO beans. And they taste so fresh! Yaaasss… Stock up for nights when you've got no time to cook.

Could prices drop if Amazon buys Whole Foods?
By now, you've probably heard that online-retail superstar Amazon plans to purchase grocery-giant Whole Foods, but what does it mean for us?
Experts predict Amazon will put pressure on Whole Foods stores to reduce its prices... something we wouldn't oppose! Lower prices on healthy food would put some serious smiles on our faces.
Uh-oh... The FDA indefinitely postpones the deadline for updated nutrition labels.
Last year, the US Food and Drug Administration announced a plan to update the Nutrition Facts labels on packaged foods, one that would help people make better, more informed decisions. Sadly, the deadline for brands to comply
has been indefinitely delayed, meaning there is no new deadline and no word as to when it will be enforced. Will food companies update their labels even without the government agency cracking down? Here's hoping.
And that's all we've got. 'Til next time… Chew the right thing!
