Don’t confuse this lineup with Beyond’s meat-like meatless sausages. These new links taste like vegetables because that’s what they’re made from: spinach, bell peppers, yellow peas, brown rice, red lentils, and fava beans! They’re also made with heart-healthy avocado oil, so they’re low in saturated fat. We tried all three flavors: Cajun, Pesto, and Pineapple Jalapeño.
