these spreads was a no-brainer. The flavors are truly next level: Southwest Style Black Bean (only 35 calories!), Fire Roasted Artichoke & Spinach, and more! Face it: You can never have too many great hummus options, especially as we head into holiday party season. Get a tub or two!
Things to Know This Week…
Girl Scout Cookie cereal is coming in January!
We know we shouldn't eat cookies for breakfast, so this
new cereal announcement has us pretty excited, especially since the flavors are inspired by two of the best Girl Scout cookies: Thin Mints and Samoas/Caramel deLites! And only 110 - 120 calories per serving. Nice! Sure they'll be great in our breakfast bowls, but imagine the recipes we could concoct with 'em… Samoas-inspired marshmallow squares, topped with coconut and chocolate chips? Yes, please!
Holy guacamole: There's an avocado shortage!
Bummer alert: The U.S. is currently
short on avocados, as a result of a growers' strike in Mexico (the major supplier for avocados in North America this time of year). Those avocados you do find are likely to cost more than usual, reportedly up to three times as much. ACK! Want to stretch your avocado further? Make one of our
guacamole recipes that blends the prized fruit with mashed peas, Greek yogurt, or both. Brilliant!
