This innovative mix was featured on Shark Tank, and it looked so good we had to order it ASAP. Made with a blend of flours (including popcorn flour), almond meal, and poppy seeds, this nutritious but lightweight mix was originally created to fuel an acrobat's eight-hour workout & rehearsal days. Whole grain popcorn flour is a lot less dense than refined white flour, thus making this mix insanely fluffy. The pancakes are delicious, and you can really taste the popcorn (in a good way).
