PB&J Caramel Crunchcake

How yum is this? In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp. fat-free vanilla yogurt with 1 tbsp. powdered peanut butter (like the kind by PB2) until uniform. Spread mixture over a caramel rice cake, and top with 2 tbsp. chopped strawberries. Entire recipe: 100 calories, 1g total fat. WW Points® value 3*



Fro-Yo Grapesicles

Summer standout! Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt, 2 packets no-calorie natural sweetener, and 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract. From 2 cups red and/or green seedless grapes, pierce one grape with a toothpick. Lightly coat grape with the yogurt mixture, and place on the baking sheet. Upside-Down Key Lime Cream Pie

This one’s extra easy and can be customized with your favorite yogurt flavors. Spoon a 5.3-oz. container of light key lime pie yogurt into a bowl. Apple Pie in a Mug

More pie goodness, this time ooey-gooey and served warm! Spray a microwave-safe mug with nonstick spray. Add 1 cup chopped apple, 1 tsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 packet natural no-calorie sweetener, and 1/8 tsp. lemon juice. Mix well. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes, or until softened.
