Angie’s Cottage Cheese Bowl for Dinner

I combined 4 oz. chicken that I had meal prepped a couple days ago with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup Prego sauce, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1 tbsp. Parm cheese. Microwaved for 1 minute, and seasoned with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. —Angie F.



Kimberly’s Speedy 2-Ingredient Lunch

Just 80 calories for an entire pack of Green Giant Cheesy Riced Cauliflower & Broccoli. I added a 70-calorie pouch of chicken. Good quick lunch, and still room in my calories for low-sugar applesauce and a cookie! —Kimberly Y.



Cheryl’s Low-Carb Air-Fryer Pizza

I needed something meatless for lunch, so I made pizza with a low-carb wrap in the air fryer. I pulled it out of the fryer before the time was up and added sriracha, artichokes & cottage cheese; then back for 3–4 minutes. Yummy! —Cheryl M.



Suanne’s Salad Tips

Buy some salad kits. Grab some rotisserie chicken. Make huge salads with accessories that you enjoy. For a complete meal, I top a spring mix salad kit with roasted veggies. I pair it with chicken salad (made with the rotisserie) inside egg white wraps spread with guacamole. —Suanne D.



Cathe’s Veggie & Protein Plate

I have mini bell peppers and celery with low-fat cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Cucumber slices topped with tuna and cherry tomatoes. A side of garbanzo beans. Yummo. —Cathe I.

I tried making something new today: a Chaffle (cheese waffle) burger. Delicious! Pretty simple, just 1/2 cup low-fat cheese and an egg for the waffle. Topped with a burger and tomato. —Cindy K.
