Ingredients
1 cup frozen peach slices (no sugar added), slightly thawed
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. old-fashioned oats
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 - 2 no-calorie sweetener packets (like Truvia)
1/2 cup crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes)
Optional: ground ginger
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth, stopping and stirring if needed.
